“YOU” hereon known as the Sub-contract labour providers ( This shall include but not limited to - Event staff, Door Supervisors, Security Officers, Dog Handlers & CPO's) shall at all times shall be a representative of A.M.P Security (Lincs) Ltd T/a Stance Security and should act in a professional manner at all times.


    1. All Sub Contract Labour providers will maintain high standards of appearance at all times whilst on duty. Uniform will be smart, clean and to the specification required for the task. Please ensure you clarify with A.M.P Security (Lincs) Ltd management as to what uniform is required.


    2. Dog Handlers and Site Security Staff are to wear Hi-Viz yellow. Dog Handlers are permitted to wear a suitable Tac Vest.


    3. Any form of Mechanical restraint/Handcuffs are only permitted in line with any site specific Assignment instructions / event brief and inline with Stance Security company policy P120 which can be found on the company portal on the website. All Mechanical Restraints MUST be signed off by Stance Director(s). It is YOUR responsibility to provide up to date training records and to ensure any mechanical restraints are fit for purpose.


    4. Labour Providers are required to arrive at their destination at least 15 minutes before the start of their shift. This allows time for you to familiarise yourself with the assignment and carry out your own dynamic risk assessment prior to commencement of your duties. Should you be running late or unable to get to the destination on time, please contact 01522 262 908.


    5. If you are unable to fulfil a shift you have agreed to do, it is your responsibility to find cover for that/those shifts as per IR35 rule. This will be at no extra cost to Stance Security. Any replacement person(s) sent must be of the same standard as yourself AND be BS7858 and/or BS8517 compliant (where applicable)


    6. Clocking in and out is completed via the Stance Security Platform. You will have been provided with login details prior to commencing the shift. If you have not received these details at least 24 hours prior, please contact hello@stancesecurity.co.uk or 01522 262 908. If you try to log on to the system outside of the assignment area, this will flag with Stance Security Management, so please ensure you are on site before trying to log in. If you do not log in using the app your shift will go down as not attended and therefore not payable. If you have any issues at all logging in, please call immediately.


    7. Should there be any incidents throughout the shift, these can be reported through the Stance Security website. www.stancesecurity.co.uk In the top right corner there is a client/staff portal. The password to access the reports is Stance001!
    If the incidence or occurrence is of urgent nature, please call 01522 262908 immediately.


    8. All document requested must be provided to Stance Security no later than 48 hours before commencement of the shift. Failure to provide the requested documentation will result in the loss of the work offered. This is in line with BS7858 for screening & Vetting.


    9. Dog Handlers must hold a NASDU or NTIPDU Team certification OR be able to provide evidence that Continuation Training has been carried out regularly by a suitable, qualified person, this is in line with BS8517


    10. All Security personnel MUST have their own Public Liability Insurance and this must be provided to Stance Security management no later than 48 hours prior to starting your first shift.


    11. Dog handlers are expected to comply with BS8517 -1 or BS8517 – 2 at all times. This includes ensuring any dog is under control AT ALL TIMES. Vehicles should be suitable and be in accordance with BS8517. All Handlers are expected to ensure they clean up any mess left behind by their dog at all times and disposed of properly. Dogs are not to be taken into the staff offices or welfare areas without prior consent. All Sub-contractors MUST also abide by BS7499 at all times. For any Drugs Detection/Explosive Detection/Pyrotechnics Detection dog handlers, you must ensure that you record all significant finds and provide Stance Security Management with a copy of these at the end of your shift via email to hello@stancesecurity.co.uk


    12. All labour providers must abide by Assignment instructions / Event Briefs and risk assessments at all times. These can be found on the Stance Security Phones provided on site or a copy can be requested via email hello@stancesecurity.co.uk For Event work, the AI’s and Risk Assessment will be provided on site and spoken about in briefing before the event goes ahead.


    13. All labour providers must not be under the influence of drink or non-prescription drugs at any time. If you are on prescription medication and feel it may interfere with the task, please inform us prior to commencement of the task. Random drugs tests will be carried out at any time. Anyone found to be positive for Drugs present in their system (2 tests will be carried out for confirmation) will be asked to leave the assignment with immediate effect.


    14. Any Labour provider displaying aggressive behaviour or any behaviour that is deemed to bring Stance Security in to disrepute or harm the reputation of Stance Security will be asked to leave any assignment immediately.


    15. All SIA Labour Providers must display their SIA Badge at all times. This must be forward facing. This includes close protection operatives unless working in a Close Protection role.
